These Terms of Service govern your use of RAWMASTER software and services provided by Smash Daddys ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using RAWMASTER, you agree to these terms.
Upon valid purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use RAWMASTER on one (1) machine for personal or commercial use. You may use the outputs (stems, remasters, MIDI files, analysis data) in any project, including commercial releases.
RAWMASTER validates your license key via the Gumroad API. This sends your license key to Gumroad's servers for verification. No audio data is transmitted during this process. Validated licenses are cached locally for 30 days, allowing offline use.

The RAWMASTER browser extension processes your own generated content from supported platforms. Use of the extension must comply with the terms of service of any platform you use it with. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform.
All audio processing runs locally on your machine. We do not receive, store, or process your audio files. The quality of stem separation, mastering, and MIDI extraction depends on the input audio and your hardware. We do not guarantee specific quality outcomes.
RAWMASTER uses open-source AI models for audio processing. These models are provided under their respective licenses and are downloaded to your machine on first use. We do not control the quality or behaviour of these models. See our Attributions page for details.
Payments are processed by Gumroad. Refund requests are handled under Gumroad's standard refund policy (30 days from purchase). Contact Gumroad directly for refund requests via your purchase receipt.
RAWMASTER is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Audio processing results may vary depending on input quality, format, and hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smash Daddys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RAWMASTER, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of RAWMASTER after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
